The 11th Annual 5K-ish Turkey Trot is back on Thanksgiving morning. Run it, jog it, walk it, push a stroller through it — then grab a coffee and earn that second plate of pie. Free and open to everyone.
Short, sweet and done in time to get the bird in the oven. Show up a little early to grab your bib.
Grab your race bib, a hot cup of coffee or cocoa, and find your crew.
Seriously — last call. The turkey waits for no one.
An abbreviated run/walk for the little legs, plus a stroller & strider loop. Kids 5 and under get a participation medal.
The main event kicks off right after the kids finish. Timed, out-and-back, and roughly a 5K. Roughly.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall, handed out right at the finish.
You bring the legs (and maybe a festive costume). Ryan & CO brings the rest.
Real timing and a real bib, so you can brag about your 5K-ish PR at the dinner table.
Hot coffee for the grown-ups, hot chocolate for everyone. It's late November in Colorado.
Something to tide you over until the main event later that afternoon.
Stay hydrated on the course and at the finish line.
A race-day playlist to get you moving at the start and cheering at the finish.
Major trophies for the top 3 overall, and medals for our 5-and-under finishers.
This one's about gratitude. We'll be collecting food and toy donations for SecorCares to help local families this holiday season. Bring something to drop off at check-in — every bit helps.
Ryan has been putting on the Turkey Trot for the neighborhood since 2015. No sales pitch — just a great way to start Thanksgiving together. Questions? Reach out anytime.
